Sevilla y Granada

Buenas a todos! Last weekend I took a trip to Sevilla y Granada. Sevilla is one of those popular cities in Andalusia. Granada is well-known for "La Alhambra". I am writing this blog today with full knowledge that my return to the United States is only a week away - this is completely bittersweet. I will say though, Sevilla reminded me of Paris (of course nowhere can compare), but it had similar architecture in some parts. Also, our hostel (I will also tell you all about that.. soon). El Rio Guadalquivir in Sevilla reminded me of La Seine in Paris. Sevilla was a completely breathtaking place with great architecture and landscaping. Alright, let me tell you all about my experience in a hostel. I, Fabiola St.Hilaire am not about that hostel life. I have no idea what I thought it was going to be, but it definitely was not what I expected. We walk into this room with 18 other people sleeping there. It was like an army bunk - I almost died. Let's just say I took it as an adventure and vowed to myself never to do it again. Don't get me wrong the accommodations were as pleasant as it could be, but I am not built for hostels - HOTEL PLEASE!

Went all the way to the top in order to get the pictures of the river

Just chillin in "La Alhambra" you?

It was a very short trip, so there is not very much to report. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. In my opinion traveling in the fall is just amazing!

Happy Reading,
